Over 800 users in the UK reported issues, while around 400 users in the US struggled to log in to their accounts. The most common problem? A frustrating 64 percent of those reports centered on email login problems.

The outage began just before 10 AM. Users quickly flooded Downdetector with complaints about their inability to access emails or receive messages. “I can’t get into my account!” one user lamented on social media. Another added, “This is ridiculous. I rely on Hotmail for work!”
